Jan 19 2017 This agency cannot do enough for you! They go above and beyond the call of duty. I used a different agency before and had a different carer every visit i had but with Parkhouses i have my own team of carers who i see all the time and if none of them are available the manager visits. They give me the support i need and are always friendly and poilte and always stay the time i dont know why i stayed with my old agency for so long.
