High Brake House is registered to provide personal care and accommodation for up to 24 older people (including people with dementia) and to provide personal care and support to people living in their own homes. The home is situated in a residential area in Clitheroe within walking distance to the town centre. Public transport is within easy access of the home. We did not look at the care provided to people living in their own homes. We were told at this time there were no clients.
