Dec 26 2018 This firm can not be trusted to do the job adequately they change there system when ever they feel like it, they don't keep to the care plans the careers are not up to the standard they should be they do half a job and claim the time for a full job the admin when you ring to complain can be offensive in there attitude when talking to you they say they will sort it out and get back to you but never do all in all not a good firm to deal with and would not recommend

Dec 8 2017 My mum was diagnosed with Cancer in July 2017. the care was set up within 24 hours and she was able to return home as she was given only days to live. The care workers were professional, caring and felt like they was part of the family for the short period we had her home. would highly recommend to any one looking for care for a loved one, family or friend

Dec 8 2017 The staff at Astra looked after my gran and enabled her to live on her own independently right up until she passed away at the age of 96. They even came to her funeral and helped out with the arrangements. We had a previous agency (Not naming names) that were always turning up late or missing visits all together. But since we changed to Astra everything was done as they said they would. I would definitely recommend them.
