Clacton Family Trust provides accommodation and personal care for up to 37 people who have a learning disability or autistic spectrum disorder. Accommodation is provided in five separate houses on the same site. Clacton Family Trust also provides support for people who live in the community and have their own tenancies.

Oct 8 2017 The smiles of the residents said it all from a visitor's point of view! What a great set up and an amazing staff. Each resident seemed happy and very well cared for. Three members of staff in particular were a credit to the service, the home and themselves. Who could ask for more?

Dec 4 2017 Not the place I thought it was staff seemed to not know what to do most the time and having other staff telling them what to do. Dirt on walls and sinks not decorated nicely bedrooms small with just a toilet linked on. Children spend most time In rooms and they are letting mine run riot and make crazy decisions oh if ur child refuses meds they won't give them. My kids mental health has gone down hill since being there. Young staff are encouraging bad behaviour too and never get contacted about important things when I ring in evening to have a chat nobody is on call to answer the phone so I get answer phone. Left messages got no reply back. Don't go here
