Whiteley Village Care Centre, comprising Whiteley House and Ingram House,& delivers excellent standards of care in a homely and friendly environment. We welcome enquiries from people in the local area, especially Hersham, Walton, Weybridge and beyond, who need residential, nursing, respite, palliative and end-of-life care.

Whiteley House& provides both Residential and Nursing Care, in a Grade& II listed building that has been adapted to provide a care setting, whilst still retaining its unique character. Whiteley House has a very homely, comfortable, airy& feel in a village setting.

Ingram House& provides Residential Care in a more modern setting. Recently refurbished, all the rooms are ground floor and en-suite, with views over the extensive gardens. Ingram House is appropriate for self-funding residents.

Our Care Centre is managed by Matron Hilary Harding, who has over 20 years experience managing care homes. Matron is supported by a dedicated and stable team of loyal, well-trained& staff.&

The care team promotes person centred care, enhancing independence, choice, dignity and privacy to enable residents to live a fulfilling life.&

Residents are able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and be a part of village life in a friendly and caring community.&

Family and friends are able to visit at any time, to be involved with formulating individual care plans and activities programme. Informal visits are always welcome.

Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection was conducted in December 2013. Were proud to confirm that we& met all 16 standards for quality and safety.

Whiteley Village Care Centre holds the Investors in People Quality Award, as well as the Gold Standard Framework Award which is based on a set of standards with the vision statement &All about living well until you die&.

Staff turnover is joke. Always use agents workers all year long. They make my nan fill guilty for needing the toilet, then when she does get to go they leave her on the toliets for hours. The food is so poor. The village is amazing but the home really lets them down. Aviod at all costs
