May 3 2019 When we were looking for someone to provide some extra support for Mum, who is disabled, we chose Bluebird Care on the recommendation of a friend. Bluebird was already providing support for her mother and she suggested we get in touch. The team of carers provide Mums meals and help her manage her medication and personal care; but they do more than that - they chat to her and make sure she is OK. Everyone Ive met or spoken to is cheerful and helpful, giving me confidence that I can rely on Bluebird to get in touch if they have any concerns. Its also helpful that the carers arrive at the expected times; everything is well organised which in turn helps us in organising our lives around supporting Mum.
