Rodwell Farm Nursing Home

I cannot praise Rodwell House enough, I am always greeted with a smile and a courteous welcome when visiting my father in law. He is treated with care and respect and is content and happy. The staff work hard and this reflects and contributes to the happy atmosphere within the home, nothing is too much trouble, thank you all.

The care by the staff is second to none. I had seen 9 other care homes before coming to Rodwell and didnt like any of them. As soon as I walked through the door I knew this was the place for my Aunt. Everybody treats her so well; they help her with the crossword and take time out to chat to her everyday about her life and the things she did previously. My aunt thinks everybody is lovely too. She is in a safe environment and is certainly eating better than she did before she came to live at Rodwell. Its such a weight off my mind that she is treated with dignity and respect and genuinely cared for. A huge thank you to all the staff. Looking forward to when she moves into the new development as the present place is rather tired!

Once again, I have to write to you to congratulate you and your team for providing, both for those residents who are still part of a 'couple' and their love ones, such a perfect and happy evening last Thursday. As usual, the preparation and delivery of the meal was wonderful. Additionally, the entertainment was just right and a fine time was had by all. It was brilliant to see the smiles on, not only the resident and family faces, but also the kitchen and carer staff also. These events shine through and bond everybody closer to Rodwell Farm and Grahamcare. Many thanks again John C
