Aug 17 2021 We are writing to express our thanks, and the gratitude of Adult Social Care and Portsmouth City Council as a whole, for the work that you have done as a Domiciliary Care worker during the lifetime of this pandemic.The Health Service has received many accolades and rightly so, but we fully appreciate that Domiciliary Care staff have played a vital role in ensuring that the needs of some of the most vulnerable people in our Community have been met. This has clearly involved a great degree of determination, courage and commitment, continuing to work and go into peoples homes, while managing the considerable anxiety many will have felt about their own health and the health of families and friends with whom they come into contact.We would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks and wholehearted appreciation to staff who have served and continue to service the citizens of Portsmouth in these difficult times.

May 17 2022 I find the staff helpful. The receptionist on the telephone is very polite and answered my questions and arranges appointments well.
