Mar 2 2017 My Father has needed carers for the past 18 months - we had experience of two other agencies prior to finding The Help. If you are looking for care for a relative or friend look no further . Get the services of The Help - I can absolutely recommend this Company - the care they provide is second to none in my opinion. My Father has always known exactly when a carer will call and who they are - a full rota is always provided giving details of the following weeks visits. "The Help provided Personal Care needs and all meal preparation for my Father 7 days a week. The communication from the office and from the carers themselves was always prompt, professional, caring and informative. No question was unanswered, no query unresolved. Once carer in particular who visited my Father 12 times a week is absolutely outstanding, a true superstar. I wish we had found them sooner.
