Home care visits engaged for my 93 year old Mother for 12 months or so until she went to hospital.
Very efficient and helpful personnel and all were extremely pleasant.
The management will do everything in their powers to solve a problem.
Highly recommended. |

My 90 year old mother was provided with the highest level of care at a time when she needed it the most. We have no hesitation in recommending Bowland. They were very professional and showed empathy to myself and my mother.at a very difficult time Females carers were requested for personal washing and they happily provided that care. Thank you for helping my mother return to full health and maintain her independence. |

We called in Bowland Care Services after receiving a very mixed quality of service from service providers offered via Social Services.
The team were like a breath of fresh air. They put the patient first (in this case an 89-year-old man - diagnosed with a brain tumour - who wanted to die at home) building a Care Plan around his needs.
They gave a professional service which demonstrated high standards of training within team members. And, just as important, took time to work with the family to ensure team members were meeting their needs too. Empathy combined with professional care skills are what we experienced with B.C.S. and we have no hesitation in recommending the business... |
