Mar 3 2018 I've been trying to arrange home care for my elderly mother and Walkers Close were suggested by another agency. I telephoned on Friday 23 Feb and was told they already cared for other folk very near to where my mother lives. I thought it all sounded very helpful and positive, and they promised to call me back the following Monday to discuss further. A full week has now passed and I haven't heard from them. I have tried calling again, but they seem not interested in answering the phone. I have to assume they are not looking for new business.
