May 20 2015 I chose OmerCare to look after my Mum after she showed signs that she couldn't manage anymore. She has early onset dementia, heart failure and COPD but had a lust for life and wishes to remain as independent as possible. The care she was given was second to none. The care workers who came in were lovely and gentle with her. Made her laugh and gave her confidence in herself to do more for herself, like take a shower, enjoy social interaction again and regain a sense of empowerment. I was there every evening and weekend but the carers made our time quality time rather than rushed time sometimes fraught even. Can't say enough about OmerCare and the office staff are always understanding and approachable. Often going out to clients and giving that personal touch that so often is missing in the bigger companies.
