May 6 2017 My mum has dementia, chronic depression and osteporosis and is in a wheelchair she also has a eating disorder..After caring full time for my mum, i was highly delighted to finally get a care package. However, 4 months in with the Hale's Group, i find that i am still having to care for my mum, their website promises a high level of care..don't be drawn in, as the company has a high turnover of staff, and is badly managed, short staff is a problem here, and i can only assume it is due to poor managment. My mum is offen just "fitted in" to suit their rotar, and when carer's arrrive they have no idea of the person's health problems in my mums case physical disability and mental health, they will dissapear after 10 minutes and in my view are not fit for the job. Their website promises are not what you get in real time, and you are lucky to be heard by anyone when you call. My mum has got worse under their care, and i find that i cannot trust this company. I will see how my complaint is dealt with but if you are looking for good care don't use this company. Case of promise you the earth and get nothing. Be warned. Your loved one could go down hill quick with this company.

Jan 15 2017 you just don't know what time anyone will turn up this disrupts your day as you can't plan anything in advance, phones are left unanswered for hours at a time especially at weekends so you can't get any information.
