Jun 24 2015 My parent was ill with cancer and did not have very long to live when she was assigned a live-in carer from Angel Steps. Unfortunately the first 3 carers that were assigned were totally incompetent, inexperienced and very young. They were totally unsuited to look after anyone with any significant disabilities, illnesses, let alone a person like my parent who had a terminal illness and very little time to live. The 4th carer was a complete contrast and was excellent. However, the problem also lies with the management of the company - there were repeated "economies with the truth" about the experience of the carers they were assigning.

Feb 11 2014 They provided respite care for my elderly mother while me and my family were on holiday in Morocco a week. We needed a morning visit to make sure she was OK, help with lunch in the afternoon and dinner in the evening. We also wanted to make sure she had someone to talk to in person and this is where we think that Angel Steps excelled as my mum still talks about the nice person that came while we were on holiday. My wife and I are happy to recommend this company.
