Jul 19 2017 My father in law who has Alzheimer's was supposedly assessed and due for rapid response care. 2 weeks later we finally had a call saying in a week they might be able to do an assessment. In the meantime we had already received one in the post but it was out of date. So far service is useless and failes to do anything. Don't bother get your own as in ten end they will fob you off anyway.
