Jul 27 2019 We arranged 4 x care package on an interim basis after my mother was released from the hospital. We hadn’t realised how unreliable this service was, caters turned up as an when they liked and sometimes didn’t even turn up. Pretty shocking as my mother relied on them to ensure medication was supplied in time and assistance with food and hygiene. No courtesy calls to say they was running late or they weren’t going to turn up. They had our contact number and the code to get into the house and yet offered poor excuses such as didn’t know the contact numbers or didn’t know the code. Overall a poor service and thankfully we have moved on to another carer service.
