Worst experience ever. Been working with them for long. They are absolutely horrendous. Manager is rude, he give almost no shift to us carers except to foreign care workers. Blames you when things go wrong and when they check or do an audit, they realise they're wrong and don't apologise. Manager has unrealistic demands and expectations; books multiple shifts together without always leaving reasonable gaps in between for us to travel from one client's home to another then blames us for being late when it's his fault for setting up silly shifts. Gives you the bare minimum wage (sometimes a bit more if you're experienced).
