We needed some home care for my father but he was very reluctant to have any and we were unsure how to go about it. We were recommended 3 Sisters Care and they were very helpful and spent time finding my father the right carer. We had a good continuity of care and a fantastic carer who was able to work well with my father and was very reliable. The managers of the company were very approachable and helpful and there was good communication with the carer and the rest of the family. I would definitely recommend this company to people looking for home care. |

I work with local support services and needed to support a frail, vulnerable customer to obtain help with everyday tasks and care. Although the customer had asked for this help, they were also reluctant to accept it, due to cultural and emotional issues. It was not possible to find any agency that was able to be flexible and understanding enough to enable the customer time to come to terms with accepting domiciliary care and support. Three Sisters Care worked very sensitively to build trust and rapport with the customer so that a good working relationship developed - the customer was extremely happy with the outcome and so were we! |

Three Sisters have been caring for my mum for about 8 months. She needs care at home and she loves to go out but she gets lost and can get very agitated. She still thinks she has to go to work every day. The care assistant has been accompanying her so she can still go out and feel needed in the community. My mother deteriorated suddenly and very badly about a year ago and I was at the end of my tether. I called Three Sisters and they spent hours on the phone helping me and as a result I managed to get a Direct Payment for my mother from my council. They gave me all this help months before we even became a customer and I'm very grateful. I had to give up a corporate job and move in with my mum to look after her, so it's been such a relief for me to have a wonderful understanding carer. When the carer went on holiday Three Sisters covered her very smoothly. I never heard anyone complain about my mum even though i know how challenging she can be. I know they do lots of internal training on dementia as they showed me the training box. At first my mum was very confused about this stranger coming, but now she waits by the door for the carer. Even though she can't remember their name, she loves having them around and is much happier than she was before. I heard bad things about carers so it took me a long time to finally get a carer for my mum, but Three Sisters changed my view and I wish I had found them a year before! Yes I would 100% recommend them. I also met two of the three sisters who run the company. They are wonderful and very caring. It was one of them who helped me so much, gave me so much time om the phone to get me to this stage that my mum is getting the care she needs. I've also gone back to work part time as I'm confident my mum is being looked after well. Thank you Three Sisters!
