Apr 9 2018 My carers are lovely but how can I keep a good food diet excercise healthy routine is hen they don’t do my morning tasks until dinner time ??!! I’m sorting here at 1036 no carers no call no contact ?? If I don’t notify them they main ! I always let th m know wh n I need them etc Some stink fags so bad it makes me gag I have s brain condition and suffer memory loss one carer said get lost it notes?! I reported that one .... they are over worked under resourced

Aug 24 2017 I have had many carers from Sevecare and mostly am very pleased and grateful for them. However I do have issues about their treatment of staff when they are unfit for work. On many occasions it has been obvious the carer should not be working and passing germs on to the clients but there is no one to cover if they go off sick. This was particularly relevant today when my carer was being sick in my toilet. The management need to sort this out asap. Management have a duty of care to staff as well as clients.

Feb 3 2017 Whilst the carers that attend my mother are wonderful the Lincoln office leaves a lot to be desired. The rarely inform you of any delay or change to the published care plan. We have had numerous bad experiences where the plan has been changed and we have not been notified. In many instances this had left my elderly disabled mother waiting for someone to turn up without knowing indeed if they are ! The office constantly fail to keep her informed. For example Thursday 2ndFeb17 the carer schedule indicated "relief" where there is normally a carer name, so we were a little concerned but since and arrival time of 8.30 was issued, assumed someone would come. No-one did, we had to call them, the office seemed surprised that there had not been a carer. They managed to send someone at 10am. Friday 3rdFeb17 a named carer was scheduled for 8.30, at 9.00 we had to call the office to be told someone would come at 10am. However they arrived at 10.30. Again not a single call to let us know what was happening. Great way to treat an elderly wheelchair bound lady - NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
