Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead

We have so appreciated the support that Bluebird carers and senior staff such as yourself have given to A over the past few years. I am sure it made a huge difference to him, especially as we dont live locally, and he always told me how pleased he was with the support he was given. We are all incredibly grateful, impressed and touched by the care and concern you and Bluebird staff have shown. It was particularly tough for A over the last month, and we are so grateful to your staff who visited him in hospital and to the carers who supported him so well in his last couple of weeks.

My wife and I use Bluebird Camden when we visit the area about every 2 months, when we stay in a Central London hotel that has hoist facilities. We have been using Bluebird for nearly 2 years now and they have been absolutely amazing to us. They provide 2 carers at the specified time for the weekends we visit. They provide personal care and assist me in getting my wife dressed and ready for the day. They have even become proficient in make-up and hair. We are only able to continue to visit London and have a break from our home routine because of the care they provide. The carers are always on time, treat my wife with dignity, respectful to my wifes needs and professional in their approach to what we require. I would not hesitate to recommend this care agency.

I have received first class service, right from the start. I presently find myself a tad stronger so do not need help on Fridays. This may change at any time and I would like to think I could ask you again to renew the excellent service. My thanks, and please pass this on, are to Claire and Stephanie. Delightful and efficient, both of them.
