I used Elder to arrange care for my mother. The care advisors at Elder were really helpful and listened to my exact requirements. They worked to my timeframe as my mother was in hospital awaiting discharge. They provided me a choice of carers and as soon as i choose the carer all travel was organised by Elder and a start date confirmed. I can honestly say that during a difficult time, Elder made it easy to arrange care for my mother. Thank you. |

Most importantly, being cared for so wonderfully in her own home has been phenomenal for Mum. She is able to be comfortable in her own environment, to remain in contact with her friends in the neighbourhood, and more importantly, it has given her some dignity back. I am very grateful to Siphiwe and Elder for all they do for Mum and for our family. |

We were so relieved once we heard the pricepoint Elder could offer us. We had always assumed that 24-hour care in the home was only for the wealthy, and as a result of hearing Elder’s prices we have been telling everyone we know that care homes are not the only option. |
