Apr 11 2017 "Our family found Senescence Care extremely friendly, polite and professional. My mum got on well with you all and that was vital to her well being. You were respectful at all times and went above and beyond your duties - we also felt looked after, as her family members, by you all. All staff had allocated times to visit, but stayed longer when necessary and never looked at the time. They kept their manager informed on all occasions who is also a very hands on person and kept in touch at all times with us. We would have struggled without you all and we are glad for you being there for mum as we trusted you, in all aspects of our mum's home. We would most definitely recommend you to anyone for your compassion, empathy and professional care.
