    One to One have been the exception. I wont bore you with details as i guess many reading this will have been through similar experiences. Different cares / not coming when they say / not doing as we ask. I have never had any of this with One to One . The member of staff in the office is brilliant and nothing is to much trouble. My father has a small group of carers that look after him and make him feel special. They even take him out on day trips! It has been truly refreshing. I cannot praise them enough.
