Jul 7 2017 my nan was one of the service users from the Biggleswade branch, she was only with the company for maximum a week as it was so bad. I cannot fault the carers as I met a few of them and they were lovely, but that office and the managers were so unorganised! her time visits were never on time and always wrong and whenever either me or my nan confronted the office about this they would just hang out and one manager even said that they "didn't care" and put the phone down, it is an absolute disgrace, they are only in it for the money, from my understanding even most of they're carers were having problems with them and were trying to get away from the company, my advice stay away from Biggleswade branch and find a different care company
