I have visited gateway F twice in the last 5 weeks. Each time the medical team have been very welcoming and informative. My second visit on 09/11/23 was for a hysteroscopy, i obviously felt anxious but from the moment I arrived everyone put me at ease.. the specialist nurse explained everything in detail, she was so lovely. I was then taken through to the procedure room by the nurse where I met 2 other members of nursing staff who were both amazing and kept me calm throughout. Special thanks to the health care assistant who was brilliant. The doctor also was so reassuring. The whole process was made easier by being around such lovely people. Thank you.

I had a gynaecology referral. Everybody was extremely helpful and professional. The examination and consultation were very thorough. I received the diagnosis nearly straight away which avoided a follow up appointment. I’m so grateful for NHS and the staff I was looked after by. The appointment was on 10.2.23 and I was treated by a Diagnostic Clinical Nurse Specialist Kathryn. She was fantastic as were all the other staff involved.
