Jun 17 2019 I ordered a taxi at 1431and was told about 10mins. 55mins later and the taxi appeared. Waiting all this time with sore knees and joints, leaning against anything available to ease pain because.... There is no where to sit and quietly wait for a taxi outside! Please! Please Please! get a couple of park benches to sit on whilst waiting, to ease our aching bones and bodies. Thank you. Excellent hospital.

Jul 30 2018 I gave blood at Bradwell Hospital instead of at my GP centre. Parking was free and easy. Area was just behind reception . Queuing was as per deli system. 40 minute wait which was standard apparently. Taking blood took 5 minutes and was painless. Phlebotomist was efficient, quick, pleasant and helpful. Would be happy to use the system again. I have seen lots of negative comments on this web site but can't agree with any of them.

Mar 20 2018 Can’t really comment on cleanliness or decisions about my care as I wasn’t there long enough! Arrived at 4:35 with a sheet from GP saying Bradwell did blood tests Mon-Fri until 4:45, to be told I couldn’t be seen as someone was outside collecting all the samples,& because of the patients still to be seen, they couldn’t fit me in! There was 2 waiting as 1 had just gone in & the nice lady I spoke to & explained my situation to (that I couldn’t come again until next week because I work) would have, I think, seen me but she probably had to ask her manager who said point blank No! I felt like I’d been tret with disrespect as I was 10 minutes early! I felt really let down as I’d left work early for this also & now I’ve got to make my time back somewhere. I’ve just looked on this page & it states they are open for bloods until 6:45 WRONG Why..? Why..? Why..? Do people think it’s okay to state times on sheets/websites when they are clearly FALSE,??
