Sliced my finger open at work. Arrived at Minor Injuries and booked in. The receptionist was polite and said take a seat and I will get you some gauze to cover the wound. Just sat down and was called in straight away. The wound was cleaned, steri strips were applied, and bandaged. All within 5 minutes of arrival. Thank you. |

I just left the hospital after 2 h waiting for with my little girl 4 years old she have a pain in her feet (twisted feet) the practices not helpfull at all they told me to take the child home and give her nurofen/calpol i did asked her is she serious? and she said yes, here is nothing we can do to her So definitely not recommended this hospital the staff rude |

Having delt with warwickshire who worked with us regarding my mum, north cotswolds was the complete opposite, didnt get in touch with warwickshire to find out had been done, came to our house, told me youve got to get rid of this and that, all delived in a rude, arrogant way and dismissive way . The only priority seems to get my mum out of the hospital,mum and relatives do not matter, just box ticking. I rearranged the room to make more space, that was dismissed without even seeing the room again , no time in her schedule. What has happened to the NHS? |
