Excellent, hospital for routine retinopathy appointments. Staff polite, warm and professional. Only given 4 stars for same sex ward question because I have no knowledge of that but didn't want to give it none because it squews the rating. Day care is also excellent and the staff are kind, concerned for client/patient welfare. It is led very well. My relative enjoys and benefits from this rare and valuable provision. This hospital is a precious resource and part of the Shipston community and outlying rural areas. It's presence in the community needs to be guarded at all costs.

I use this hospital for my routine hearing checks and would fully recommend it. It is convenient, easily accessed provides a really pleasant environment. The staff are always pleasant and extremely helpful
