Physiotherapy appointment. I have difficulties accessing the appointment but the reception staff were caring, kind, sympathetic and did all they could to help me. The physio and student physios were brilliant, due to my condition I was given a longer appointment at the end of the day, and I was assessed for not just my injury, but contributing factors in my life, which led to a further diagnosis of a operate, contributing condition. Its a shame the service cannot provide active treatment but thats due to the limitations of funding in the NHS, not the services fault. The examination, assessment, diagnosis and advice were second to none, as was the manner and humanitarian care of all staff involved. I felt respected, listened to and understood, and taken seriously, with what is actually quite a complex health condition. I cannot rate the service I received highly enough.
