    Went to Tulip Ward for pre-op assessment. The staff, from reception to nursing were magnificent, upbeat and immensely courteous. Nice that everyone wishes you Good Morning - a minor thing but one that suggests a further level of care. Thank you.

    Told to enter car registration on touch pad but pad not working !!!! Seen others fined £60 so want to protect myself but no info as to how.

    Took my dad here for a pre op assessment recently. Can’t fault the service but… over the phone she gave me the appointment details, directions to the hospital and followed up with there is free car parking here. Great I said, we don’t get anything for free usually! Taking her at face value, I stupidly didn’t check as I was super impressed with no parking charges only to be fined £60 2 weeks later!! Not very happy.
