For the second time in the last few months, the latest being on October 3rd, my blood test sample has been lost. Not only is this hugely inconvenient for getting a timely diagnosis, the waiting time for a new blood test is considerable. |

I visited for an ultrasound for a suspected kidney stone on 12 Aug 23. The doctor/consultant and the nurse on duty were both friendly and very professional and the ultrasound was very thorough. This is a fantastic local hospital and facility that appears to me to be underused and could take a lot of capacity pressure away from Basildon and Broomfield Hospitals for non A&E appointments. |

When told I’m ready to go home, everything collapses. Nurses seem to know what they are doing, executives haven’t got a clue. All they want is empty beds, and when the get the chance they mess that up. Just been told that I might go home today!. I will believe it when I see it. |
