Jul 22 2023 3 telephone calls answered promptly and clearly . On arrival I became lost in building site when a nurse went out of her to take me to dept. Efficient polite and humours clerk at reception desk . Most pleasant and helpful doctor who I am sure went beyond her remit explained in laymans term all my problems , options and treatment Could not have been bettered and a example for others to follow . Only criticism, constructive I hope , is that current map on your website is updated with road closure and building works for the benefit of strangers

Jun 25 2023 Having ecpriemced more pain than normal in lower back leg , bearable given some tablets that now nothing in the painkillers wont work for long times no effects Ankle. Refered by doctor to physo department. Stoll waiting for MRI to see if tgere is another reason.7 months.received a text asking me did i still.need an apppintment!!!! Very badly organised department..fpr my age group..doctors asked urgent. but she was igrored...and i am Ignorded.. want an appointment

Mar 19 2023 I just wanted thank all the Nursing staff, the anaesthetist and the surgeon himself. I must say I’ve never been in such a nice, clean and friendly environment. My nurse went above and beyond to make me feel calm. I was cold and she brought me a warm blanket. My surgeon, congratulated me on my weight loss and was so happy with my progress. He made my day. The people on the board must realise what wonderful staff they have. Thanks again.
