Oct 17 2022 I went to GP for blocked ears twice as it wasnt getting better. He referred me to ENT Department as it was urgent. That was in April. I received a phone call the next day asking which hospital I preferred, Selby or York. I said Selby. I have just received my appointment today for the beginning of November in York! So much for the urgent appointment. Disgusting, I could have lost my hearing altogether.

Feb 21 2022 Contacted my GP regarding an infection and was directed to Selby Memorial Hospital as the GP service was overwhelmed. Visited the Hospital and received quick courteous attention from both reception and the Nurse. had a prescription for medication within the hour. Thank you for what in my opinion is exceptional service.
