I attended the Minor Injuries Unit yesterday with a severe shoulder pain following a fall. From arrival to the time I left I could not have received better treatment. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and reassuring and I left within an hour having had three x-rays, (which were discussed with a consultant in Ipswich) and a reassurance of a slight dislocation rather than a fractured clavicle. Thank you all very much.

I attended the clinic on Saturday afternoon, 4th August, having received a nasty cut to my left shin. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful and I only had to wait a few minutes before my wound was treated. This was done sympathetically and efficiently. I was given advice on looking after the wound and told to go to my doctor's surgery this week. I have since done so, and the nurse attending me remarked on the wonderful job your nurse had done. Thank you very much.
