Daughter came to your plastic department months ago. A referral was made to St Georges we were told to wait. I called St Georges to see the process and wait. Absolutely no referal was made . I have been been pushed around to different department. An appointment was made to Georges before all this and they didnt sent a referral. I had to do all the chasing. I am a full time carer for my daughter and I have ASD my self. This entire experience is exhausting and the nhs need ro know how awful this has been o. My self and mu daughter

Person on switchboard has speech problem. Not comprehensible No one answers phone in cardiology. You are a customer related organisation- why can you not grasp this

Referral made 3 months ago (although i understand there is a waitlist) i had asked my GP to chase this referral due to my severe discomfort only to be notifed that there was a note on the system to say ‘cannot be referred to plastics’? Whatever the reason i have been waiting for this appointment and have not had anything to state this so had i not chasee this i would not have known. I still want to know the reasoning as i have been advised only a new referral can be made this instance with my wait time starting all over again. Literally so disappointed and angry to hear this news.
