Aug 28 2023 We attended on August Bank Holiday my daughter who had an injury. Check In with a kind and patient receptionist was speedy. We waited 10 minutes (if that) to be triaged with again, A kind and professional nurse. Waited again maybe only 5 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner that did a thorough examination and recommended a course of treatment/action. Quick, kind and professional team. Thank you all.

Jul 29 2023 I brought my 5 year old son in after he sustained a head injury as well as cuts and scrapes all over his body, after he fell from his scooter. I just want to say how incredible the health care assistant and the nurse who treated him were. Their efficiency and kindness was astounding. Thank you so much, all of you, for what you do each day. X

Sep 25 2023 I arrived in extreme difficulty and within seconds the triage nurse saw my problem and Ran!! for a wheelchair!!! From then on, everyone from the Receptionist through Triage to the Nurse Practitioner treated this 98 year old with the utmost care. I cannot thank them enough!!!! Bernard Wayne
