No complaints regarding A&E as they done there very best. The problem is on the wards. Only allowed 1 hr for a dementia patient Patient dehydrated through lack of attention Not given food or drink. Visitors gave patient the food and drink or done without Medication left on table Finger wagging jobsworth Sent home too early with pneumonia etc without help and had to be re admitted after suffering much pain. Truly disgraceful. |

My son was taken in to Cumberland infirmary after a terrible accident and received wonderful care from start to finish . Thank you very much |

I cannot fault the care I received from all staff today in the day care surgery. Nurses, theatre staff, Physiotherapists, anaesthetists and surgeon were friendly and approachable, professional and explained everything thoroughly. I was given opportunity to ask questions every step of the way and excellent information on discharge. Thank you! |
