I have been using this service for years and have always found them to be very good. Yesterday I attended an appointment for repairs to my hearing aid and managed to loose the other aid on the way into the hospital. The young lady who dealt with my repair even managed to find some time to help me search for the missing aid but we could not find it. My wife went back to Wallingford Hospital this morning and we were amazed to find that the aid had been handed into reception by some kind person. So well done Wallingford Hospital, the Audiology Team and thge person who found my hearing aid. Thank you all. |

From signing in to being seen was very quick (~5 minutes), lovely friendly staff made me feel very comfortable,
Very professionally handled in regards to dealing with my injury, reattached my thumb tip! Explained all the aftercare, overall very happy! Original Comment Report... |

Husband was inpatient on St Leonard’s ward. Very happy with care My main observation 1. Plethora of different uniforms- difficult to know who’s who (aware there is a board in the ward corridor but can’t see this from ward bays 2. What would really help would be if staff introduced themselves with name and what profession they were. I can only recall this happened once with the nurse practitioner 3. Hubby is diabetic- there was insufficient overview of what he ordered on the menu plus he was given biscuits on numerous occasions |
