Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback about your experience with Littlemore Hospital. It is really lovely to read.
I am afraid as all of our sites are non smoking areas we are unable to provide somewhere for patients to smoke however I would like to assure you that we have a number of volunteers who work across our Trust who support the work we do and we are always looking to expand on this.
Please be reassured I will share your feedback with the relevant managers of the Unit to enable them to share your feedback team wide.

I welcome the new car parking procedures. However some people are now parking just outside the main entrance for the whole day and it completely blocks your view when you leave the hospital grounds. Whilst I appreciate you may not directly be responsible for monitoring this parking I think you should put forward a complaint to the roadways agency on behalf of the staff and visitors. It is going to cause an accident soon.
