I rang 111 for an emergency appointment due to toothache, the woman on the phone was lovely, super helpful. Got an appointment the following day, the team at the dental hospital were amazing, faultless, from the friendly ward clerks to the dentist who saw me. Who may I add was excellent, so reassuring and understanding. Put me at ease straight away and put me out of pain! Amazing team, worth your weight in gold! Best dentist I’ve ever encountered, because I’m usually super nervous. |

Had my first appt for restorative services in nov. Had the next scheduled for dec which I had to cancel due to covid and I was informed Id get another through the post. This didnt happen and I had to call for one. Got another appt for march where i just sat outside xray for an hour then had to leave as i rely on public transport and live in Middlesbrough (I did ask for an earlier appointment due to this factor along with the fact I am my sons carer and was refused), so I was informed Id get another through the post, still hasnt happened. I called last week and got told theyve been off over easter - still no appointment. The person dealing with me knows I have a loose tooth, looks like Ill be losing it doesnt it. |

I called up to see how long I would need to wait on the list for surgery. 3 time I was hung up on. If this is how they treat patients in pain then this county is screwed |
