Feb 14 2023 I was admitted from Cramlington in December last over the holiday period until the 2nd week of January with a hairline fracture in my left foot and one blistered heel. However, both heels became infected, but at no time were dressings applied to them so they bled into my slippers and though they had dried up I was discharged home. So 4 weeks of no treatment now means a nurse coming to dress them ever since and it is likely to take several weeks before I am able to be mobile again. The general running of the reablement team was perfectly satisfactory but no treatment of my feet is totally unacceptable. For someone in their eighties it can be traumatic to say the least.

Apr 5 2018 I had a horrific accident in December 2017 and was left with injuries that meant I couldn’t walk for quite a few months & still can’t yet. I have physio in bylth hospital twice a week. My physio is fantastic. He has went above & beyond his role. If it wasn’t for his own enthusiasm & effort I wouldn’t be where I am today. He’s a very motivated unselfish caring person. Who I think should be recognised for his customer service & manner. The rest of the physio team have been fantastic but this physio stands out for his outstanding performance of motivation & drive. Well done! The car park could do with being bigger.

Everyone was lovely and that includes reception, nurse and x-ray...thanks for your professionalism. The facilities were fresh and clean and I was very impressed with how quickly I was seen. Thank you to all the staff in minor injuries!
