I was an inpatient for 28 days on section 2. Staff were lovely to me. I was well cared for at a time I needed it. |

First I was told by people I would get helped by them then told I wouldnt. Then told I would get appointments then they cancel them on the day you are just about to go to it some excuse made by them again. They say you can phone up whenever you want to because mental health is like 24/7 then they say you have phoned up again. They say time and time again what help do you need even though they already know because its in them things called notes when someone actually does document anything. They say one thing then another they chop and change to much. Why do they have that hospital when they never bothered to put someone in it that should be in there. Why dont they help instead of just saying that. Why why why why why. |
