Staff have the don't give a damn attitude
My Dad recently stayed here, and many of his personal belongings have gone missing.
I complained on Tuesday, and was promised this would be looked into, and would receive a call on Friday
It's Friday, and it's almost bedtime
No phone call
One of the items was a framed picture of my Mam, who has recently passed away.
The picture was a Christmas gift.
Only a few weeks old
Also missing clothing and toiletries
Worst possible staff, who just do not care Original Comment Report... My 9 year old daughter needed her forehead glueing after been hit with a golf club... By accident may I add!! We visited the urgent care centre at East Cleveland Primary Care Hospital & were seen very quickly in a friendly manner. My daughter felt at ease & we were given advice & clean dressings should we need them following glue & steristrips. Thank you! Original Comment Report...
