Needed to get a contact number for the outpatient’s wound clinic, so I rang the switchboard. Got robot response: ”you are being transferred to the operator” then “that extension is not valid” on a loop. This at 15.30 on a weekday. |

Although it’s called a walk in minor injury service, you have to book an appointment in advance. Despite this I was offered an appointment within 25 minutes. The nurse I saw was polite and professional. |

An endoscopy is not something youd choose to have. But a very clean unit with friendly staff from reception though to the nurses and doctors all of whom ensured you felt cared for and that your dignity was always maintained made the experience a lot better than feared. Thanks to all involved. |
