The whole service was bad. The Dr couldn’t even be bothered to leave her chair to call me in, instead summonsed me from down the hall expecting me to find her room. Despite admitting there was uncertainty over which bone was broken she refused to re-x-Ray (initial X-ray was done at different hospital who referred me here). I explained the splint wasn’t supportive and was told ‘it’s poster than what we have here’ I feel my pain/bone/care was not taken into consideration. She just wanted to get through her list. I am going elsewhere for 2nd opinion. The process of appointment was extraordinary too. I received an email saying they’d tried to contact me on several occasions but I didn’t pick up, therefore assume I’m not interested and discharging me to GP I emailed straight back saying that they must have wrong number as I have received no missed calls and gave them my number They emailed back saying they’d tried but said my number isn’t in use and this is my appointment date and time It’s a lovely nice new, smart building but the service is upsetting and shocking.
