Mother in law admitted from Darlo for rehab too early - could not walk. Terrible experience so far Staff seen ticking boxes and not asking the questions on the form - sometimes six hours filled in at once. - thought nursing was a caring profession. Arguing with patient that they are wrong. -left one patient toilet for one and a half hours - disgraceful. Not aware of patients full heart condition. No rehabilitation programe. Someone needs to shake these guys up poss commissioning group - it will be their turn some day !
