Pleasant helpful staff. Efficient service, an overall very pleasant experience. So refreshing to have such excellent service on the doorstep negating travelling long distance. |

The ward is not consistent with their communication. Different staff, telling family different things. At a time of extreme stress the staff need to be consistent with their communication. It's bad when the Social Worker Also comments on this issue. Ward changing mind about decisions on our mother but not communicating it to the rest of the staff, Original Comment Report... My mother was transferred to the Cavendish after an horrific two weeks in Stepping Hill. l
The level of compassion and care was a great relief to both her and the family.
She passed away within 48 hours but we were so pleased that she was in her home town again and in such calm surroundings.l Original Comment Report...
