IThis place is terrible and I no longer want anything to do with them. I've paranoid schizophrenia and I've been suffering with my mental health lately. I'd a partial foot operation this year, which has taken it out of me both mentally and physically. I turned sown a callback from my Gp this week because in that day I was due an urgent call back from Nant y Glyn. That call back me rr happened. I've been ringing them for 4 or 5 weeks and all I get is that I am due for a call back. I now have to go it alone and start isolating myself from the rest of my family as my recovery.
