Oct 30 2023 My mam had a fall and was taking by ambulance to the RVI Emergency Department, the ambulance staff were so kind and friendly doing all there checks and making sure she was comfortable, the nurses interacted with you I could not fault any of the staff, doctors every one of them were so kind and treated her with respect, it was a busy night but nothing was any trouble even making a cup of tea which was really nice, the doctors were so down to earth and answered everything we asked although we were there 7 hours, even the receptionist rang for a taxi for us, i just wish they had more staff just to give themselves a break will definitely want to go back there if I were to take ill well done everybody

Oct 7 2023 I had the most wonderful experience on ward 45. All the staff were so kind and caring. Clearly very busy but nothing was too much for them. I felt safe and cared for by everyone, health care assistants, anaesthetists, surgeon, theatre and recovery staff , and my nurse. I wasn’t afraid to ask questions and my nurse was the most wonderful, kind, compassionate , caring and funny lady - she was just wonderful.

I needed spinal surgery and the treatment from start to finish was superb. Staff at every level were amazing. Nothing was a problem to them, they were always approachable and they rallied around me to make my stay as comfortable as they could. I really couldn’t see any area that would need improvement. Everything was immaculate. The food was very good too. My surgery was successful and already i have made good progress towards recovery.
