Mar 10 2019 Patients are well looked after. Staff are very good and caring. Lots of parking for visitors. Nice rear garden when visiting which is also secure. There is also a good size TV.
Original Comment Report...Milton GrangeBy: Anonymous Rating:.. Mar 10 2019 I am so thankful that our family found Milton Grange for my mother. We know my mother is safe and well cared for at Milton Grange. My mother has been here for 2 years,since September 2016, and she is very happy here. Not easy for her to come to terms with being in residential care as she used to be very independent living on her own, but as her independence and her sight deteriorated rapidly we had the daunting task of finding somewhere that we felt happy with. The staff at Milton Grange feel more like friends and has a family atmosphere. The staff know and treat the residents as individuals and meet their needs appropriately. There are no agency staff at the home which we are very happy with as the at staff at Milton Grange have been here for many years and are well experienced, and know their residents. The Manger is outstanding, and is very 'hands on' and nothing is too much trouble for her. I feel well blessed that mum is here.
